Hi, I’m Lauren
Before this work, I spent years in the classroom. Teaching shaped how I approach just about everything. It taught me how to plan ahead, manage a lot of moving parts, and stay steady even when things get busy.
When I first moved into virtual assistance, I started as a general VA, supporting a variety of behind the scenes tasks. That experience gave me a solid understanding of how businesses actually run day to day.
Over time, my work naturally shifted toward social media. It became the space where structure and creativity met, and where my creative side really got to shine. I loved turning ideas into content, building systems that supported consistency, and helping brands show up in a way that felt intentional.
Today, I specialize in social media virtual assistance, bringing a calm, organized, and creative approach to content so it feels manageable and sustainable long term.
A Little About Me
The Values that Guide My Work
-
Being yourself online matters. I value honest communication, realistic expectations, and work that feels aligned with who you are, not forced or overly polished. Social media works best when it reflects real people and real businesses, and that is the approach I bring to my work.
-
Integrity shows up in how I work day to day. It means following through, communicating clearly, and being someone clients can rely on. I value transparency, consistency, and doing what I say I will do, even when no one is watching.
-
I believe social media and business support should be sustainable long term. That means realistic expectations, manageable workflows, and systems that support consistency without burnout.
